HAIL DAMAGE IS NOT YOUR FAULT!

It’s true. Your insurance knows that hail is an act of nature. Unlike car collisions, reporting your auto hail damage will not cause a rise in your insurance premium, especially if your insurance is comprehensive. Comprehensive coverage will usually cover cosmetic damage, such as paint, glass, and body damage. Also, depending on your insurance coverage, you may be entitled to a rental car for the duration of your hail damage repair.

Myths of Hail Repair

DID YOU KNOW…

Comprehensive Claims

Hail damage is considered a comprehensive claim, and will not make your insurance rates go up.

You Have More Options

Your insurance company might give you a list of vendors to choose from to get your vehicle fixed. You are not obligated to use these companies.

Accurate Estimates

We will work on your behalf with your insurance adjuster to get an accurate estimate on the hail damage on your vehicle.

Know Your Rights

As the policyholder you have the right to choose Express Paintless to repair your vehicle.

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT’S NOT REPAIRED?

When your car is involved in an accident, whether it’s your fault or not, your hail damage would be deducted from any settlement. If you have a loan outstanding on the car, you will most likely have to fix your car. Your settlement check will arrive made out to both you and your lien holder. Also, you are in breach of your contract with your lienholder if your vehicle is not repaired. This lowers the value of your automobile when selling or trade-in.

Once you file a claim, most insurance companies are obligated to put an “un-repaired damage” restriction on your policy. This means any future claims may be denied until your hail damage is repaired.

Hail damage can lower the resale value of your vehicle. Paintless dent repair restores your vehicle to its original factory finish which preserves its value!
